About Me

Hi! I am the owner of an Orlando video production company Lasting Blueprint Productions. I’m also a freelance videographer and depending on the gig, photography as well. My passion for video production began in high school, where I produced morning announcements and created sports highlight reels. During three years of TV production classes, I learned proper camera techniques, scriptwriting, and AVID editing. At home, I taught myself Adobe Premiere. After high school, I paused my pursuits due to limited resources. However, in 2009, I assisted with a local music video production that reignited my enthusiasm. Soon after, I invested in a Canon 7D, marking the launch of my multimedia career.

In 2014, after years of freelancing and exploring various opportunities, I officially founded Lasting Blueprint Productions, LLC. My motivation for starting the company stemmed from my dislike of working for others, which developed during my retail years. This experience taught me that I prefer being treated as an equal rather than a subordinate. Unfortunately, I’ve seen some people let power go to their heads.

Although I own a company, I don’t view it as owning people. I treat everyone how I want to be treated. Video production is a collaborative effort, and when everyone fulfills their responsibilities, things run smoothly. I believe in fostering a supportive environment rather than resorting to micromanagement to ensure a successful creative process.

Creativity drives me. As and Orlando videographer I focus on producing original content rather than recycling ideas, which is why I find Hollywood’s endless reboots and remakes frustrating. When I accept a project, I treat it as if it’s my first and last, aiming for results worthy of an Oscar, not just a paycheck.

Clear communication is essential. While changes can happen, maintaining a clear project scope is important. For instance, if we agree to shoot B-roll of your digital marketing conference in Orlando but you request to record full sessions upon arrival, that alters the project’s direction. Why? I might not have the proper video production equipment with me for that.

I prefer smaller projects, which help keep the video production crew manageable and allow things to run smoothly. While I can manage larger productions, I find that close partnerships lead to the best results. My goal is to capture what’s important to you while keeping the process unobtrusive and natural. When you meet me, you’ll notice I’m quiet and introverted. However, that doesn’t reflect a lack of enthusiasm. I’ve often been told to smile more, which I find odd, as I value being genuine. I have a serious demeanor, but I joke around a lot once I warm up to people.

Outside of videography and photography, I’m a huge fan of WWE, Disney World (I’m an annual passholder), and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I support the Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Bucs, Atlanta Braves, Florida State Seminoles, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Orlando City Lions. Creating a movie from a screenplay I’ve written would be incredibly fulfilling, as I’ve never accomplished a long-term goal in my life. I also aspire to visit every Disney park worldwide and attend a WrestleMania—personal goals I recently set. These passions fuel my creativity and inspire me to bring a real perspective to each project. Whether I’m shooting a law firm video in Orlando or a customer testimonial, I want to understand every aspect of your business, from the intricacies of your company to how it affects your clients. I encourage authentic moments on camera, putting people at ease so they can share their true thoughts.

I aim to be a trusted partner in your project. Comfort and trust are essential for me to deliver high-quality work. If you’re looking for a freelance videographer or video production company in Orlando that aligns with your vision for your next project, I invite you to contact me so we can make something happen!
